聪明人做聪明的选择

我想了又想。。 想来想去都想不明白。。 到底上师高薪租一个不同部门的”人才“来干嘛。。

帮我？ 我并不觉得他有帮我什么忙。。 我手上至少有八项工作在等着我处理，而且需长时间。。 （因为目前我三人部门只剩下我一个在撑着。。 一人做三人工作。。）

而他，我只看到他来了整两个星期都只是在做一个EQUIPMENT的设定。。 我的Admin叫他打个电话拿些质料那么简单他都要PASS给我做。。 因我不得空老板叫他查些事情，转个头他又PASS回给我。。 理由是他赶着去喝午茶。。 = =“

我从早到下午就连和同事喝茶时间都没。。 都还没出声。。 他做那少少东西就多多东西讲。。 还是早上十点半，十一点才到公司那种。。

哈哈哈哈。。 真搞笑，该请的不请，不该请的就请，底薪能干的不请，高薪请些废人。。

新管理的也真够”聪明“。。 佩服佩服。。

但也要感谢新管理的，因为我以前也蛮敬佩那不同部门的”神“，但因一起工作所以我认识了真正的他。。  谢了。。

Saturday Night Event

Saturday, a enjoying night that everyone would be hanging out with friends, gather with family, yam cha, party, barbecue. But not for me, as I'm now sitting in front of the PC which is located in the office of my company. Yes, I'm working now. Haha.. On my night shift tonight.

Working at a Saturday night is one thing, another thing is there's a special happening task tonight in our company. There's this TNB planned power shut down maintenance where all the engineers and bosses are back to company to standby if the event have problems.

But lucky that the planned events was quite successful. Only that the event will carry on until tomorrow morning 9am which means I and another colleague have to be extra alert in case any problems occurs during the night. Pity us cause tonight will be an unsleep exhausted night for us. :)

One Day at Customer Station

Today, i'm going off to be stationed at a different office which belongs to customer. Each and every one of our member will have to station at this customer's bunkers one at a time within a month.

Since the customer building is located at KL, once again i'm going to KL again after a very long period in months i guess. Of course, my remote station mission has started since last month meaning that last month is the first time i'm at KL again after this long period. :)

When i were out for lunch, i passed by to this nice building in KL, the Menara Maybank. So decide to grab a pic and post it in here. Til then i think i'll only be here again on next month.

Office Seats

The following information was not suppose to be exposed but well, just to share a bit of the assets. My office currently has 6 chairs. Out of the 6 chairs, 4 are shown in the pic below. As it is clearly shown, the chair on the most right is the normal chair in good condition. On the most left, the back holder of the chair was actually damaged, which it's going to be similar as the 2nd left chair after the back side is to be removed to prevent from anyone get hurt for sitting on to the chair accidentally.

As for the 2nd right chair, it looked quite normal except for the hand rest holder which has been stickered with green sellotape. It was taped as part of the sponge layer of the hand rest was actually "cleared off" by someone. Causing the the inner sharp metal to expose and believed to have probably hurt the chair users several of time.

We don't have much choice but to continue using the chair as we do not know until when the chair would be replaced. *Pity*

Worst Traffic Jam

On 20th July 09, I have experienced one of the worst traffic jam ever within these few years. I was on the way to office. Because traffic condition of Cheras - Bdr Tasik Selatan - MRR2 route is not quite good, therefore choose to take the Cheras - Damansara - Federal route.
Never expected after come out from the toll, the nightmare started after I saw the scenario of the pic below.

The traffic was really terribly slow. Took me almost one hour to reach office. Were lucky cause after took the junction to Seremban Highway, the traffic become so smooth. Otherwise probably another hour to jam on the road. *Relief*

Night at Office

Well, there's this day when I were leaving office around 9.30pm which I found that there's no guard inside the guard house to release the gate for me to go out. I approached the small room trying to check whether i can activate the release button myself but the door and windows were locked.

After some observation, i notice that there's some Coconut cut decoration been placed onto the door which it has not been placed last time. As i heard coconut decorative products is famously used to clean up "bad luck" and so as to keep "dirty things" away. Not sure how trus it is.

Then i noticed suppose there are windows all around the small guard house room, but found only the Windows facing the back (which is Jungle and quite dark in the midnight) was 80% sticked with magazines seems sorely to cover the window so that no one from outside can look into the room from the back window or perhaps it's more like to reduce the feeling that someone or "something" is staring at you from the back window.

Last time i felt quite unhappy whenever i and my colleague wish to go out for a drink during night shift and the guard was not around, causing us to wait for some time as for them to move from front gate to the back. But now that i saw all these situation, I will start to imagine and getting to understand how it feels when the guard is alone in the guard house with all windows on each wall, quite some distance away from the office building, with freezing temperature and surrounded by dark Jungle on the back and right side.

I now understand their feeling and no more mad with them whenever they are not at the back guard house after 12am. In fact, my whole shift colleagues should be glad as they have 2 person accompanying each other during night shift and that they are in the big warm IOC which has no windows and located inside the building. :)
